The school is looking for a Social Sciences Teacher who can make a real impact on students' learning and development. As a Social Sciences Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Social Sciences across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring that students are engaged and motivated to learn. You will play a vital role in shaping students' understanding of important social topics and helping them develop critical thinking skills. Social Sciences Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Social Sciences to KS3 and KS4 students. Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the Social Sciences curriculum. Inspire students to engage with topics such as Sociology, Psychology, and related subjects. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Support students' personal development and help them achieve their full potential. Social Sciences Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Social Sciences at KS3 and KS4 is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Sociology, Psychology, and related disciplines. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to create engaging and innovative lesson plans. Commitment to student success and well-being.
