Job Title: Site Manager (Residential Refurbishment)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a carpentry background to oversee a high-end residential refurbishment project in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Quality control and inspection of work, with a focus on carpentry elements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential refurbishment projects
• Strong carpentry background is essential
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
