The Role We’ve had incredible growth and as we transition from a start-up to a European enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in our procurement function for all fittings, products and materials for multiple on-going residential renovation projects. Working with our design and build team, you will be responsible for the ordering and managing delivery of specified items. Your Responsibilities Manage the procurement process for project materials in accordance with project timelines and budgets. Track and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery of materials. Coordinate with suppliers for product samples, specifications, and documentation as needed. Coordinate with build managers, customers and contractors to ensure item specifications align with project goals and client expectations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, budgets, and returns. Manage delivery schedules, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and track delivery timeliness, accuracy, dealing with any issues that arise. Support Finance with invoice processing and reconciliation and opening credit accounts Maintain and update our database of approved products and vendors to ensure accurate pricing working with the Design and Product teams About You Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Interior Design, or a related field. 1 - 2 years experience in procurement roles, ideally in the construction or interior design industry. Strong communication skills to effectively work with suppliers and customers. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using procurement software and google suite of products. Desirable A personal interest in sustainability and creating greener products is a plus.
