Joins us as a Product Manager at our London office!

About the Role:

Join DIGITEC's market data team and help drive the success of our leading SDF product! You'll play a key role in enhancing its features, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and making sure it meets the needs of the market. At the same time, you'll identify and develop new product opportunities to overcome growth barriers and expand DIGITEC's market data offerings. As the Product Manager, you'll balance tactical product management with strategic growth initiatives, keeping the SDF competitive while exploring innovative solutions for future growth.

About SDF:DIGITEC, together with 360T, have created a data pool with major banks, who provide FX Swaps data through the award-winning 360T platform. The Swaps Data Feed (SDF) offers a unique, independent, and reliable source of FX OTC market data for swaps, helping financial institutions make more informed decisions in the swaps market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the SDF product roadmap, ensuring improvements align with market needs and customer feedback.
  • Prioritize and plan new features based on client insights and competitive analysis while driving continuous improvement to maintain the SDF's competitive edge and operational reliability.
  • Identify and validate new growth opportunities for the market data division, including potential enhancements to the SDF and new product lines.
  • Work closely with development, operations, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders to explore product advancements and ensure effective communication about changes and enhancements.
  • Build data analysis capabilities to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify strategic partnerships for market growth.
  • Serve as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product direction and updates.
  • Define and track KPIs for product performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills and experiences we're interested in

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or market data.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to create and manage a product roadmap while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading teams from engineering, sales, and operations to successfully deliver products.
  • Proven track record of finding and developing new product opportunities to drive growth.
  • Ability to analyze market data to spot trends and areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with technical systems and processes related to data feeds.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Results-focused with a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes for product success.
