Plumber £23 - £25 PAYE Greenwich, London Contract We are currently on the lookout to join a Plumber in our team in Greenwich. The Role: Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential properties. Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues. Install and repair water heaters, radiators, and heating systems. Maintain drainage systems, bathrooms, kitchens, and any other areas requiring plumbing work. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are compliant with regulations. Communicate with tenants to schedule work and provide updates on repairs. Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Participate in the on-call rota for emergency plumbing services. The Candidate: Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent). Gas Safe certification (preferred but not essential). Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in social housing or domestic properties. Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
