CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Steel Fixer on behalf of our client based in Skelmersdale, WN8 AREA. Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting complex drawings to determine the type and dimensions of steel required Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, welding, bolting or otherwise assembling and joining together various types of metals and alloys Working with concrete and construction materials Operating welding equipment to fuse metal segments Inspecting completed work for conformance to blueprint specifications and quality standards Clipping, wiring or welding structural steel materials into place Skills: Previous experience in construction and factory settings Previous experience working with concrete Working hours: Mon - Fri, 07:00AM to 17:00PM Finer details: On site company gym Free parking Payrate: £16 Per Hour.
