About the Role: The Town Planner will manage planning projects in-house, with key responsibilities that include: Conducting initial site appraisals and evaluations Preparing written reports and submitting all planning application documentation Meeting and negotiating with Planning Officers and other stakeholders Participating in Planning Committee meetings and Appeals as requiredCandidates should be ready to take ownership of projects, and a minimum of 5 years of professional planning experience is essential.
