Support menu development with creative input for new items. Train and mentor junior staff in pastry techniques. Ensure timely production of pastries for service Conduct quality checks on all finished products Assist in pastry preparation under the guidance of senior chefs. What We're Looking For: Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a luxury or premium environment. Strong leadership skills and experience managing or supervising a team. Creativity and a passion for innovation in pastry, with excellent attention to detail in both taste and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards at all times. A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior chefs.
