Licensing Coordinator, Brandgenuity Europe Hire Date: Immediately Role Summary: Brandgenuity is a leading trademark licensing agency with offices in London, New York, Munich, Yokohama and Hong Kong, who are seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join its London team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Licensing Coordinator whose pro-active mindset will foster continued growth for our clients’ leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for working across our diverse portfolio of clients including The Royal Shakespeare Company, NFL Players Association, Paramount, The Sims and many others. The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the licensing team to foster growth of the licensing business and will receive broad experience across all facets of the business. This role is mostly remote, with regular meetings in London (must be commutable) and occasional domestic and international travel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day account management for Brandgenuity clients as well as general support across the business. Account and Licensee Management: Accountable for day-to-day management of key licensees for multiple clients. Provide information and insights to enable ongoing evaluation of licensee base. Support the development of marketing activations and coordinate activity with clients. Maintain client status reports, project plans, and timelines. Ensure timely product approvals. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, and key licensees. Recommend additional opportunities to grow client businesses based on program expertise. Support client and agency hospitality and business meetings and programming. Organise Brandgenuity’s exhibition at trade fairs. Business Development: Undertake research and prospecting at the direction of the sales team; perform initial outreach. Co-ordinate initial meetings with prospective licensees to gather information, introduce the business, our clients & identify opportunities to work together. Gather updates from the wider sales team to ensure sales trackers are maintained with up-to-date information on outreach, responses, proposals received and fully executed contracts. Perform retail visits and present findings to colleagues. Identify licensing opportunities and market gaps for various clients. Ensure brand sales materials are updated prior to key trade fairs. Attend various trade fairs to gather new leads for clients. Assist with ad-hoc research projects. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience Detail oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to adjust to changing business environment Proficient in MS Office Excellent follow-up, self-starter, problem solver/facilitator, eager to offer ideas/solutions, knows when to seek others' input.
