About the Role A prestigious private healthcare provider is looking for a dedicated and relationship-driven Business Relations Manager. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in business development within healthcare. You will be part of a small, dynamic team focused on driving new business growth across self-funding, insured, and NHS payor channels.
As Business Relations Manager, you’ll be based at the hospital, where you’ll build strong relationships within the referring healthcare community to increase targeted referrals and revenues. This includes organizing and leading educational events and fostering collaboration between consultants, GPs, and other stakeholders to raise brand awareness. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering promotional activities and creating engagement strategies supported by data-driven insights to ensure effective time and resource management.
Responsibilities
* Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities that align with growth objectives.
* Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong connections with clients and industry partners.
* Strategic Planning: Support the creation and execution of growth strategies for market share expansion.
* Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align initiatives with the company’s overall strategy.
* Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations that convey the value of our services.
