Key Responsibilities: Teach and Inspire: Plan and deliver engaging, dynamic art lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring a love of creativity and expression. Student Development: Support and mentor students in developing their technical skills and personal creative styles, fostering an inclusive and encouraging classroom. Curriculum Contribution: Work collaboratively with the Art Department to contribute to and enhance the curriculum, creating opportunities for innovative and interdisciplinary learning. Exhibitions and Showcases: Lead and support student involvement in school exhibitions and displays, encouraging students to present their work to the school community. Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that supports all students, maintaining effective classroom management strategies and promoting respect and inclusion. The successful Qualified Teacher will have: QTS with Art & Design specialism (ECTs are also welcomed) Experience of supporting and teaching children up to Key Stage 5.
