Technical Lead Fully Remote £70,000 - £80,000 C# - .Net Core - Angular - SQL Server - MongoDB Your Next Hire are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Lead Developer to join one of the UK's most established SaaS providers who are in the midst of an exciting growth phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of innovative products in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Take a hands-on approach to designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide technical expertise and solutions. Lead design review processes and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture patterns. Mentor and support the technical development of team members, setting clear objectives and tracking progress. Identify and address technical debt within the system. Contribute to architecture-focused roadmaps and define the architecture of critical systems. Key Skills and Experience Required: Experience working with a range of technologies including C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Angular, Microservices, MS SQL Server Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams, setting and measuring performance objectives. Experience with numerous architectural patterns - Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD Experience working within an Agile environment and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams.
