My client, a prominent construction firm, is looking for a skilled Land Manager to join their team in Glasgow. This pivotal role involves managing land acquisition processes, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess land opportunities.
- Negotiate land acquisitions and manage contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Land Management, Planning, or related field.
- Proven experience in land management or property development.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
