Multi Trade Operative

I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a housing association based in Leicester on a permanent contract. The role is conducting maintenance on both empty and tenanted properties. In this Multi Trade Operative role the responsibilities are: 2nd fix carpentry such as door hanging, skirting boards and kitchen repairs 2nd fix plumbing such as repairing toilets, basins and fixing leaks Lock changes Basic electric work Basic finishing skills such as patch tiling and plastering The right Multi Trade Operative will need: Social housing experience Clean and valid UK driving license Based within 30 minutes of Leicester City Centre If successful the Multi Trade Operative will receive: Permanent salary of £30,000 per year Company van and fuel card Company pension Holiday and sick pay If you are interested in this Multi Trade Operative role please apply below or call (phone number removed) and ask for Sam
