Position Overview: Working as part of our fast-paced and supportive Parts Direct Sales Team. The Parts Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers. You will deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the parts order process through all parts channels.
You will enjoy talking to customers on the phone and via email, understanding customer needs and providing timely solutions.

Job Description:
  • Provide best in class service for a seamless transaction, ensuring that you deliver an excellent customer experience that earns loyalty.

  • Engage with customers, understand customer needs, and successfully identify the right route for the call to take.

  • Actively support customers to find Finning parts and services.

  • Discuss promotions with customers and ensure warm leads are followed up.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Customer service and relationship building skills

  • Knowledge of or an interest in mechanical components and functionality (Caterpillar Knowledge desirable)

  • Previous call handling experience, but not essential

  • Ability to record accurate data

  • IT skills, good ability with Microsoft packages

Education & Experience:

  • Customer service experience

  • Educated to GCSE standard

  • Understanding of the Engineering and Power Industry
