Engage with customers, understand customer needs, and successfully identify the right route for the call to take.
Actively support customers to find Finning parts and services.
Discuss promotions with customers and ensure warm leads are followed up.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Customer service and relationship building skills
Knowledge of or an interest in mechanical components and functionality (Caterpillar Knowledge desirable)
Previous call handling experience, but not essential
Ability to record accurate data
IT skills, good ability with Microsoft packages
Education & Experience:
Customer service experience
Educated to GCSE standard
Understanding of the Engineering and Power Industry
