How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨ At boxxe, procurement plays a crucial role in securing the best products and services at competitive prices, without compromising on quality or service. Every new spending request flows through this function. As a Buyer, you'll contribute to the success of the Procurement team by collaborating closely with key departments such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service. Your efforts will ensure adherence to internal controls and drive value for the business. What you’ll be doing Source goods and services to meet company operational needs, considering price, quality, and delivery targets Maximise margins through negotiation and secure the best prices Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular reviews Validate quotes, identify cost savings, and ensure purchases align with preferred suppliers Support Sales and Customers by improving deals and showcasing added value Identify and recommend innovative solutions to resolve process issues Maintain accurate purchase order information and keep relevant teams informed of updates Ensure compliance with boxxe’s procurement policies and Supplier Code of Conduct Stay updated on industry changes and develop expertise in a specialised product area What experience we think you’ll need Experience in a procurement role within the Technology industry Strong time management, attention to detail, and a passion for numbers Excellent communication and influencing skills Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player with the drive to succeed and support team growth At boxxe we believe that business should be about more than just profits.
