Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher with a passion for inspiring secondary school students? We are seeking a qualified English teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community in the St Helens area.
Role Overview:
Position: English Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Contract: Temporary, full-time position with potential for extension
Start Date: Monday, 4th November 2024
Requirements: Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and an enhanced DBS certificate
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their potential
Collaborate with a committed team of educators to develop and adapt lesson plans
Support and monitor students' progress, offering feedback and guidance
About You:
Qualified English teacher with QTS and a current, enhanced DBS
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student progress
Flexible, motivated, and ready to make a positive impact within the school
