Job Requirements / Description
The Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager is responsible for enhancing the online customer experience and maximising conversion rates across Wex Photo Video's website. The ideal candidate may have a Data Analyst, UX Researcher, UX Designer, or Web Optimisation background. You will will have a deep understanding of user behaviour, a creative approach to problem-solving, a strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to implement data-driven strategies to optimise the customer journey.
Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve the performance of our digital platform.
# Conduct thorough analysis of website data, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimisation.
# Collaborate with the marketing, design, and commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation of CRO initiatives.
# Utilise qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user surveys, session recordings, and usability testing, to inform and validate CRO strategies.
# Create and implement a comprehensive conversion rate optimisation strategy tailored to enhance user experience and maximise conversion rates across the digital platform.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining CRO strategies based on performance data and emerging trends.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a Merchandising Executive.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a CRO, Data Analyst, UX Researcher, or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce / online retail sector.
Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g. Proficient and independent in data analysis.
This is a central London-based hybrid role with at least one day in the office per week.
