Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Aviteus Healthcare Ltd based in Greater London with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with new and existing healthcare organizations ie NHS Hospitals, Private Clinics. Care and Nursing Homes identifying new business opportunities within their capacity, strategizing to expand the client base, and contributing to the company's growth by strategic sales plan. Additionally, the role involves creating customized staffing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with appropriate team members to develop effective business development plans along with annual planning of business development and budgets. The qualified person should also be able to negotiate and close framework contracts and bid for the frameworks with hep of external agencies. You should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development with excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management both in Framework and Off Framework healthcare sector
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry and staffing requirements ( NHS and Private Sectors)
* Experience in creating and delivering effective presentations
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Well-organised with good project management skills
* Ability to work credibly with senior managers and form strong personal relationships, both internally and externally
* Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently
* Experience of prioritising and responding flexibly to frequent changing demands
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
* A – level or above (bachelor’s degree in administration or management will be preferred)
