Site Manager Required Oxford Area Start Feb 2025 Contract Day Rate Basis Principle Contractor Our Client is currently looking for a number of projects secured for Q1 2025. This Particular scheme is a refurbishment / extension to Lesiure Complex including High Spec Finishes. Candidates must hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Experience Required * Good all round knowledge of construction from civils, internal fit out to M&E etc. * Great communication skills liaising with on site staff * Working on live sites. * Keen eye for detail & finishes. * Experience in leisure projects, works will include a new spa’s/swimming pools to install both internally and externally, indoor swimming pool refurbishment, gym refurbishment, changing room refurbishment, café/lounge/bar refurbishment etc. * Joinery background preferred. * Must be Computer literate; emails, reporting, programming, ordering materials, contacting suppliers, sub-contractors, designers etc. References Required Should you be interested in the role please apply today for a confidential conversation
