Specification Manager

We are working with a market leading, global company that manufactures a diverse range of technical façade & roofing products . Their solutions include One Piece Roofing Membranes, Fire Classified Façade Membranes, Modular Packs, Specialist Tapes, Modular Building Solutions and Cement Boards. Their products are used on major Commercial , Residential , Leisure, Mixed Use and Light Industrial schemes across Europe & are specified by major architects & engineering consultants . As a result of growth, the company are looking to enhance their Engineering Support team with a Specification Manager Based from home & in the field the Specification Manager will be providing expert advice & product support to large Architectural practices & Engineering Consultants across London & the South East. You will be helping them to specify the right products for each project, ensuring they meet the clients project needs and industry standards. As a Specification Manager you will be managing the relationship with each client & enhancing their knowledge about the company products , their application & capabilities. With an engineering bias the successful candidate have experience of dealing with Architects & Consultants face to face & solving engineering problems. Equipped with strong verbal & written communication skills the successful candidate will be well organised and have excellent IT skills. In return the successful candidate will benefit from an attractive basic salary ranging between £60k-£75k ( dependent on experience) , 23 days holiday +BH, Contributory pension, a company bonus, and a company car /car allowance
