Our client, due to business growth is seeking a Commercial Property Valuer This role is primarily working in the commercial property sector dealing with office, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties and land, together with some alternative residential asset classes such as HMOs, residential blocks etc. This Commercial Property Valuer role will be covering a geographical area and providing advice for their clients.
Job Description for the Commercial Property Valuer:
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
This role is commutable from: Manchester, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Birmingham
The role would suit candidates with the following experience: Chartered Surveyor, Property Valuer.

Job Description for the Commercial Property Valuer:
- Panel valuation instructions for secured lending purposes
- SIPP/SSAS instructions
- IHT/CGT instructions
- Rent Review & Lease Renewal instructions
- Financial Accounting instructions
- Private valuation instructions
- MRICS or FRICS & Registered Valuer
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the commercial property valuation sector.
- Full driving licence
- Exposure to the Staffordshire/Cheshire/Shropshire/North Birmingham/Black Country/South Manchester areas is desirable.
- Panel (VAS etc) experience desirable
- Clean Professional Indemnity record
- Good IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, experience with CRM systems such as Agency Pilot also useful
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage your own workload with minimum supervision, fully managing instructions, maintaining files, and preparing reports to client and RICS standards. Excellent technical and analytical capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. High awareness and concern for customer service requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees
- Strong drive for results and highly proactive and communicative.
