The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Team Leader (Night Awake) - Croft Residential & Respite Job Ref: 24-252-TLMH-CROFT-WEB Job Role: Team Leader - Night Awake Location: 71 Bloomfield Road, Bangor, Co Down, BT20 4UR Salary: £13.09 per hour Hours: 36hrs 45minutes per week ( 3 x 12 hr 15 minutes night shifts 07:45pm-08:00am) Flexibility is required to ensure the needs of the service are met We are currently offering a Welcome Bonus up to £500 (pro rata): The bonus will be £250 on successful completion of 6 months' service and a further £250 on the first anniversary totalling £500. The Service Croft Communities Residential & Respite Services provide residential support to adults with learning disabilities. Mayne House is a residential service in Bangor, Co Down. Mayne House is registered with RQIA to provide residential care to 9 service users with learning disability. The service provides 24 hour tailored care. The Role As part of the Living Options Services, the Team Leader will be a part of the management team and will support the Registered Manager to meet the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and DHSSPS Residential Care Homes Minimum Standards, August 2011. They will: Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. Support the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support. Support with the management budgets and resources. The Team Leader will mentor and supervise the Support Team. Team Leaders must be available to work flexibly and be available to work unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis.
