Our client is a pioneering project development company that designs, builds, and operates green hydrogen systems. Recently established, they have rapidly evolved to become a leading force in the green hydrogen sector. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Hydrogen Sales Manager will be responsible for developing their existing relationships, as well as identifying new customers. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell hydrogen gas to various sectors including industrial heat, mobility, heavy goods transport, and off-grid solutions. Identify and target potential customers across multiple industries that utilise hydrogen. Close deals efficiently and effectively, focusing on revenue generation and meeting sales targets. Collaborate closely with the commercial team and technical experts to ensure alignment of sales strategies with operational capabilities. Adapt and evolve the existing sales strategy to capitalise on new market opportunities and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Skills and Competencies : Strong sales skills with a focus on closing deals and generating revenue. Adaptability and flexibility to evolve with the changing market dynamics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Openness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits as required.
