My client is a rapidly scaling leading provider of innovative SaaS based cyber solutions, dedicated to helping organisations protect their digital assets and enhance their security posture & customer application development. I am seeking a skilled Cyber Security & Threat Detection Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding their clients' critical infrastructure & applications.
As a Cyber Security & Threat Detection Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security solutions that effectively detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats in the application development cycle. Design, develop, and implement advanced security architectures for threat detection, incident response, and risk management utilising Python (ideal) or JavaScript programming languages to an extensive global Enterprise customer base.
Threat Analysis: Conduct threat modelling and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and recommend mitigation strategies within the application development cycle.
Integration: Collaborate with Customer Success, IT and pre-sales engineering teams to integrate security tools and technologies into existing infrastructures.
Create detailed technical documentation for security solutions, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and operational procedures to support customers on their cyber journey.
Training/Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on security technologies and threat detection techniques.
Outgoing, energised, positive attitude and an enabler, flexible, inquisitive, customer orientated, collaborative manner & excited about joining a scaling SaaS cyber security vendor (understands the nuances and responsibilities that go hand in hand with this type of environment)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in cyber security post sale/professional service or technical customer success, ideally with a focus on threat detection, threat modelling and incident response for security risks.
and familiar with scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScipt or PowerShell).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
