Enterprise Architect (IT)

We require an architect to develop the Group’s technology strategy as part of a new IT change capability. This role involves working closely with business and IT leaders to ensure that technology initiatives support the company’s strategic direction and deliver value. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an architecture strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and forms part of the Group’s overall Technology and Data strategies. Provide guidance and direction on the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and align with the architecture strategy. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architectural risks that could impact the business. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems through architectural advancements. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures. A keen interest and curiosity in delivery, information technology and insurance trends with an excellent all round knowledge of IT. Project management experience with a track record of delivery and managing change.
