We are excited to be recruiting for a Head Chef based at Royal Opera House Balcony Rest. Location: Royal Opera House (Piazza Restaurant) Shift Pattern: Working 5 over 7 days (Hours between 8:00-21:00) Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum Key responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15 kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional culinary experiences Monitor kitchen expenses, manage food costs, and optimize resources to stay within budget while maintaining quality and efficiency Create and manage seasonal menus that meet the Royal Opera House's high standards and cater to various tastes and dietary needs Ensure high food quality, presentation, and hygiene by regularly tasting dishes and inspecting the kitchen for consistency What's in it for you?
