Your new role
As a member of the office services department, you'll be working in a busy and hands-on environment with a close team of professionals. As an Administrative Assistant, no day is the same. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
General office administration (scanning, filing, mail etc.)
Handling the mail delivery process
Management of important client documents
Data entry
Helping with basic IT support (desk and meeting room set-up, liaising with the IT department to resolve issues etc.)
Ad hoc projects
Reception cover when the front office team is unavailable
This is a varied and busy role, with lots of training and support on offer as you progress.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in customer services, working with the public or in a general office environment
A reliable individual who is keen to develop in their career
An enthusiastic go-getter with excellent teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Good organisation and methodical approach to working
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
