DescriptionJob Title: Wellbeing Services Lead (047199) Salary: 75,000 to 78,000Location: London (31 Borough High Street)Contract 1x PermanentBand: 4(Hybrid) Hybrid working within this role enables a balance of 50 per cent of time split between the office and home over a 4-week period. Hybrid working arrangements can evolve subject to business requirements.Job OverviewThe role holder will work strategically across the organisation to drive delivery of an organisation wide Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Strategy, in a best practice/evidence led manner. They will lead and develop the wellbeing team and form part of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing senior management team.Key Accountabilities· Responsible for the development & implementation of a Healthy Workplace Strategy, embedding health and wellbeing awareness into all aspects of OH&W practice, for example, through the Make Every Encounter Count programme. · Responsible for the long term and organisational wide strategic programmes covering Health & Wellbeing, including working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to demonstrate importance. · Providing expert strategic health and wellbeing advice to colleagues at TfL when implementing OH&W programmes and development of close liaison and partnership relationships with partner organisations such as the Greater London Autority (GLA) and the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB), representing TfL externally as the H&W subject matter expert. · Establishing and managing successful partnerships across TfL as well as with TU colleagues in order to demonstrate the importance of the Wellbeing strategy and its benefits.· Developing, collating and analysing relevant employee and workplace information, management information and performance measures, user consultation and feedback, to ensure that the H&W strategy and supporting programmes are based on the best available evidence and practice; and address organisational requirements · Undertaking and contributing to staff health and wellbeing needs assessments and evaluation of H&W programmes to inform work policies and practices and commissioning of relevant H&W programmes.· Development of health programmes which address health inequalities in the workplace, and contributing to employee wellbeing at a corporate and strategic level as the subject matter expert for health and wellbeing. · Ensuring to develop and maintain external working relationships in order to ensure best practice and maintain the best service to TfL.Knowledge· In depth knowledge of Health and Wellbeing (H&W) (essential)· Masters in H&W or associated subject (essential)· Subject matter expert for H&W - including policy and guidance (desirable)Skills· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills (essential)· Influencing ability across TfL and partner organisations (essential)· Excellent H&W data analysis skill set (desirable)· Strategy development; thinking, planning, policy at organisational level (essential)· Ability to influence without direct authority (essential)Experience· Experience of H&W programme implementation in a large complex organisational setting (essential)· Experience of implementing a healthy workplace strategy (essential)· Experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments (essential)· Experience of capability to act upon incomplete information, using experience to make inferences and decision making (essential)· Experience of leading large scale or national programmes of work (desirable)Equality and Diversity We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
