Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Food Production Team Leader to grow and develop their own teams. Role Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: • Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations • Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation. • Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity • Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to.
