Data Analyst

A market leading business in the Reading area are looking for an ambitious, progressive Data Analyst to join their growing Revenue team. Responsibilities Include: Assist in the development and implementation of revenue assurance processes Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue assurance tests to ensure that all revenue assurance processes are conducted systematically Analyse data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies Suggest corrective actions for data discrepancies Investigate and resolve revenue related issues promptly Update documentation regularly to reflect any changes or updates in the revenue assurance processes Provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent revenue leakage and enhance revenue Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify errors or inconsistencies ensuring linkage between revenue, ground leases and CAPEX Become a champion of data impact on Property Opex revenue, cost and margin Assist in the development and implementation of revenue assurance strategiesRequirements: Experience in working with ambiguous data from multiple sources A grasp of financial accounting to accurately interpret how data influences financial outcomes Strong Excell Skills Ability to work accurately to deadlines Ability to prioritise effectively Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Disciplined and controls focus Effective stakeholder managementBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
