Property Solicitor

Office or Hybrid (2 days per week) - Oxfordshire

Salary anticipated : £40-50K per year + Benefits

Our client is a successful multi-office law firm in the Midlands and are looking for a new and talented individual to join their friendly, supportive and growing team.

This role is to join the Property / Conveyancing team which are booming! As an experiencedSolicitoryour duties will include:

• Supporting the Head of Unit and also working off your own initiative on your own caseload;
• Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other property related documents;
• Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications;
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
• Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
• Provide training and support to junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX qualified conveyancer or Solicitor
• Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience / PQEOR REQUISITE CONVEYANCING EXPERIENCE;
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Full Driving Licence.
