Studio Manager
Location: Camden
Salary: Up to £60k
Studio Manager / Practice Manager / Architectural Office Manager to join a leading architectural practice.
The Successful Studio Manager / Practice Manager / Architectural Office Manager will ideally have experience in all financial elements of business financial management, with a background in HR and operations management.
Package Up to £60,000 12 Month FTC Additional Benefits
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and salary reviews. Foster a supportive work environment and ensure consistent staff welfare practices. Handle all financial processes, including budget management, cash flow, billing, invoicing, and reporting. Monitor budgets and provide financial updates to the Directors. Collaborate with accountants on quarterly and annual reports. Lead office operations, overseeing day-to-day functions, internal audits for ISO 9001 compliance, and communication with the wider team on operational updates. Coordinate insurance renewals and manage documentation for new business needs.
Requirements:
Previous Experience Studio Manager, Practice Manager, Architectural Office Manager, HR Manager, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Operations Director or similar would be advantageous. At least 3 years in a management role within a creative business. Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in HR and studio operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with both internal and external partners. Experience with CMAP and XERO software is preferred but not required. Commutable to Camden
