Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee multiple live sites in the Theale, Cambridge,and Bristol areas. In this hands-on role, you will support the Head of Building Services Manager by visiting sites and collaborating closely with project managers and subcontractors, both internal and external to the main contractor. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee mechanical and electrical operations across multiple sites. - Support project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success. - Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold quality control standards. - Read and interpret plans effectively. - Ensure compliance with ER Regulations and manage scope gaps. Ideal Candidate: - Mechanical bias preferred to complement the existing electrical skill set of the Head of Building Services Manager. - Strong understanding of ER Regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and quality control. - Ability to read plans effectively and identify scope gaps.
