CMA HR Division is delighted to be working exclusively with an organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire to secure an HR Advisor on a 2-3 month contract. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a good grounding in a generalist role and looking for more autonomy. Reporting directly into the HR Director working with a small friendly HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with the business.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
- Working with the team to effectively deliver the on-boarding new starters and monitoring of probationary periods and support all recruitment advertising.
- Supporting performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Support Managers with new HRIS system - Workday
- Provide support on all HR and legislative matters to line managers and the management team.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
- Experience within a generalist role.
- Level 5 CIPD is desirable.
- Previous exposure to employee relations.
