The Role:
Starting in October, this exceptional school is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This role involves working with students who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and communication difficulties. You will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized learning plans that support each student's educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students with SEN.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
