Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students with SEN. * Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development. * Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their full potential. * Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment. * Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. * Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning. * Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
