We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Sales Advisor to join a leading organisation that provides luxury London living for people over 65. As a Client Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxury apartment. Job Title: Client Sales Advisor - Luxury Retirement Living Location: London Salary: £70k per annum OTE £100k per annum Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and close deals for new apartments. Proactively convert enquiries into sales opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales. Ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and adhere to a well-defined sales process and compliance framework. Strong negotiation and commercial acumen. Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in CRM systems.
