Job Role: Senior Welder Location: Leicestershire, LE11 Salary: up to £20.00 per hour Shift: Days and Nights The company: One of the UK's leading specialist steel fabricators, supporting clients in the construction, energy, engineering, highways and rail sectors. The role: The company is looking to recruit a day shift and night shift Senior Welders. The candidate: The candidate for the Senior Welder role should: Have strong experience with fabricating and welding within architectural steelwork. Be experienced working with tools. Have good leadership skills. Be able to enforce rules and help take charge on night shift. Be able to report back. Be experienced working closely with production team when needed. Be able to lead by example. The role of the Senior Welder involves: 80% productive 20% supervision. Welding and Fabricating Supervising a Team. Adhering to health and safety.
