Senior Platform Engineer

A global financial services consulting customer are looking for an experienced senior platform engineer to join a newly formed team within their growing business. Their whole business is built around speed, reliability and cutting edge solutions for their customers and therefore automation and building secure platforms is key for them. Deploying and owning AWS within an Enterprise environment Championing infrastructure as code and automation. Experience in mentoring more junior engineers Leading on project work Creating best practices for the business within cloud platform Experience working in highly secure and compliant ways Experience with Helm, unit and behaviour driven development in Terraform, Github action, event-driven services in AWS, are a bonus Landing zone tooling, AWS Control Tower, AWS EC2, AWS EKS, Terraform, AWS access controls (SCP, IAM Roles, IAM Boundary policies), CI/CD pipeline automation, AWS networking and DNS, AWS S3, and AWS RDS Hybrid working pattern with a central London office as well as generous salary and package including share options, work abroad for 4 weeks per year, private health etc. Please apply via the link.
