What Were Looking For: Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions. To bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it. Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students lives. Qualifications: To hold QTS/QTLS.Teacher responsible. Must have good levels of both maths and English teaching experience and excellent I.T. skills. Be able to teach a range of subjects outside of their specialism as well as one of the core subjects (maths, English or science). Experience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school and willing to teach GCSC. Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions. Communication: Professional communication with students and staff.
