Randstad C&P are actively recruiting for a Qualified Static Maintenance Electrician to support our top FM client.

The package and benefits

  • Title: Maintenance Electrician
  • Location: Middlesbrough
  • Salary: upto 38,000 per annum
  • Shift Work: 8-week recurring rota (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) 4 on 3 off
  • Holidays: 23 days including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
