Project Controller Our client is a leading provider in modular building refurbishment, specialising in transforming modular units for a range of sectors. With a strong industry reputation, they are committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions that meet their clients' unique needs. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Project Controller to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions across the UK. Responsibilities As a Project Controller, you will be integral to the successful delivery of refurbishment projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution. This is an opportunity to drive efficiency and profitability, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. * Manage all project documentation and administration (both electronic and paper-based). * Conduct detailed handovers from the sales team and coordinate with production teams. * Maintain accurate project costing sheets, managing costs and revenues to maximise profitability. * Clarify project specifications and manage variations directly with clients. * Ensure Health & Safety documents, site plans, and other paperwork are submitted on time. * Liaise with internal teams (design, production) and key suppliers to ensure project plans meet client specifications. * Attend internal and external meetings to ensure smooth project delivery. * Ensure project-specific documents, such as O&M Manuals, are delivered to clients on time. * Help site teams ensure snag-free project handovers. * Coordinate site activity with the Head of Projects when necessary. Requirements: Required Criteria: * Strong understanding of modular and off-site construction, with experience in a similar role. * Full UK driver's licence. Desired Criteria: * A61 Appointed Person CPCS qualification. * SMSTS Certification. * First Aid certified. * CSCS or CPCS cardholder.
