That's Grant Thornton.Job Description:The Deals Marketing Analyst will work within the Deals & Business Consulting team specifically supporting our corporate finance, valuations and modelling, transactions advisory services teams. The role has a large focus on deals marketing and working with stakeholders on collation and presentation of our transactions data .Deal analysis & marketing process Co-ordinates the league table submissions process for the deals business with daily actions and quarterly deadlinesManages the deals marketing process across the service line, proactively working with stakeholders to ensure uptake across web/ecomms/social amongst other platformsUses various data and information platforms and handles a continual flow of deal dataPrepares deal data for bids and pursuitsActs as a single point of deal data for the service line including half year and year end statsFeeds into the sector strategy where requiredMaintains our external credentials libraryContinual thinking around how to improve or optimise any processes internallyProvides social media support across the deals business, particularly championing deal marketing across social platformsSupports the development & implementation of deals data across member firmsDeals MarketingSupports the service line team with the implementation of the marketing strategy and forms links with other service lines, sectors and market teams Provides project support to the team on initiatives and campaigns where necessaryWorks with the digital team, to provide the business with appropriate, relevant and rapid turnaround e-communications for each sector and to ensure best use of the internet in marketing initiativesWhere required provides direct support with event management including exhibition support, seminars and dinners both virtual and in personSupports on delivery of internal communicationsHelp to deliver regular deal initiatives including podcasts, service line events, sponsored programmes, content insights and awards amongst others. This role will allow you to grow your network, expand your knowledge and develop your skillset. This is a great opportunity to develop your profile across the service line and work with client facing teams.A look into the roleAs a Deals Marketing Analyst your role you will:Be familiar with working in a corporate environment or professional services organisationYou will support the business in the creation of deal marketing packs, get sign off and quotes from clients, log all information in systems, create digital deal credentials on our website, monitor and follow up on late submissions and ensure we are kept up to date on all deal marketing activityHave Proven experience in a similar role within B2B or professional services, working within a marketing functionBe comfortable working with M&A and transactional deal data, from multiple sources, Office 365, SharePoint and content management platforms Be deadline driven, process orientated and diligent in your approach Knowing your right for usJoining us as a Deals Marketing Analyst the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience of working with digital marketing and have a digital and data mindset. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
