Cost Controller - Staff - London Location: London This is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading Client organization involved in the development of major cleantech, renewable and alternative energy solutions on a global scale with excellent career opportunities. Role & Responsibilities * The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience supporting major projects during the design and construction phase. * The role will be supporting numerous projects during various stages including pre-FEED, FEED and EPC. * Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and submission of the financial reporting (P/L, Balance Sheets, operational data such as Investments and Productions). * Maintain cost records (AFE, Commitments, Costs, Forecast, Phasing). * Monitor value of work done vs budgets performed by FEED Contractor. * Prepare and submit monthly accruals to Financial Timetable and contribute to the annual budget process. * Review of costs and raising correction journals. * Check, challenge and approve purchase requisitions. * Experience can cover any combination of Oil & Gas, Wind and Renewable energy both onshore and offshore. Key Skills & Knowledge * Degree in Accounting or another related subject. * Previous experience supporting major energy projects during FEED stage (eg. LNG, petrochemical or refining).
