In-Service Support Engineer

An opportunity has come up for an In-service support engineer to support the field- service team. You'll be supporting a global customer base : UK, USA , Austrailia, Canada and India.

Responsibilites

• Support the delivery of In-Service support obligations
• Providing a proactive responce to technical issues
• Develop solutions that are technically and commerically suitable
• Monitor system performance
• Ensure customer equipment remains safe and suitable for continued service

Skills, Qualifications , Experience

• A degree Management, Logisitics , Engineering , Technology or equivilant
• Experience in the integration, test and in-serivce phase of the product life cycle
