Are you a dedicated and skilled Clinical Lead Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a reputable nursing and residential care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, is seeking a passionate RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to join their team. This full-time position offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of residents while leading a team of nursing and care professionals.
This role of Clinical Lead Nurse is to work 40 hours per week on days, and offers a competitive salary of £24 per hour, which equates to approximately £50,000 per annum, including paid breaks.
You'll enjoy comprehensive training and a full induction plan, as well as opportunities for career development and progression. The role will include a mix of leading on the floor, and supernumerary hours.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will:
Ensure the highest standards of clinical care for residents.
Supervise and lead the nursing and care team.
