Job Advert: Part-Time Receptionist (Secondary Schools) - DN14 Area, Scunthorpe Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a rewarding part-time role in the education sector? We are an established education recruitment agency, and we're currently seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to work in secondary schools in the DN14 area, Scunthorpe. Position: Part-Time School Receptionist Location: DN14 area, Scunthorpe Working Days: Thursday & Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (may vary slightly depending on school requirements) Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly, professional manner. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage administrative tasks including responding to emails, data entry, and maintaining school records. Handle confidential information in compliance with school policies. Support staff with general office duties as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. A calm and organized approach in a busy school environment.
