You will be joining a leading and innovative organisation with a mission of achieving 'Ecological Transformation' through decarbonisation, de-pollution and resource generation. We help our customers and stakeholders to create a cleaner, healthier planet for future generations by promoting a circular economy, enhancing biodiversity and supporting the local communities we operate in. You will develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees across all levels of the organisation and be responsible for contributing to a new measurement framework that provides insights and analysis for continuous improvement, with particular ownership of campaign KPIs. Ensuring our messages are integrated, consistent and aligned with Veolia's values, tone of voice and style, you will support the delivery of internal communications strategies and plans through the suite of channels and manage end-to-end delivery of projects including writing the internal communications plan, implementing the plan and measuring its effectiveness. This role works closely with the Corporate Affairs & Communications senior leadership team to lead on internal communications campaigns and activities.What we're looking for:Previous internal communications experience particularly in developing compelling content and managing a range of channels, including producing insights and performance analytics and developing and maintaining an annual calendar.Strong writer/storyteller experience, including integrated messaging and previous experience of communications and strategic planning.The ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders; to nurture long-term relationships with our business units.A natural leader who displays strong decision-making and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, working independently and as part of a team.What's Next: Apply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.
