The Role: As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum and our holistic, child-centered approach. Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued. Use innovative and forward-thinking teaching strategies to cater to a wide range of abilities and learning styles. Assess, track, and report on student progress, supporting their personal and academic development. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to support each child's holistic growth. Participate in school events and contribute to extra-curricular activities to enrich the student experience. About You: To be successful in this role, you will: Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2. Have a deep understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and a creative, forward-thinking approach to teaching and learning. Be committed to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and child-centered learning environment. Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. Be passionate about the holistic development of children, understanding the importance of supporting their emotional, social, and academic growth.
