Senior Manager/Director - Engineering Recruitment Do you want to shape how you move with the future and the market? One of the most highly respected and established International recruitment agencies, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to help build and develop a new team, within the engineering sector. With a fantastic reputation & portfolio in the market for 40 years and synonymous with excellence in tech, finance, change, legal and senior exec recruitment; they are pushing ahead to strengthen and grow their business in a disruptive industry sector. This is a new role/division and therefore it would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager within engineering recruitment to come in, set up and lead this division, with the full financial backing and the support of the Senior Director. You will be looking after the mid-senior level engineering roles and come into an area that already has a busy desk as well as immediate clients for you to deliver the world class end-to-end search process globally. The successful candidate will have previously: · Worked with engineering clients and understand the technical intricacies around the engineering sector. · Developed new business and key stakeholder relationships · Held accountability and delivery of revenue and GP target for themselves and their team · Developed and mentored a team through regular monthly sales plans · Created formal proposal documents as part of bids and tenders If you like standing out from the crowd and daring to be different, are passionate about changing the future; collaborating with the market leaders who are disruptive and ahead of the game.
